For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

We reserve the right to cancel orders with incorrect information, unavailable products, suspected fraud, or orders that cannot be confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver orders across Pakistan through third-party courier companies.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather, remote locations, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete address and active phone number.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Returned products should generally be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Returned with all accessories and included items

Discounts, coupon codes, bundles, free shipping, and other promotions may be available for a limited time.

Richez reserves the right to change or end promotional offers when necessary.

The Richez name, logo, product photography, graphics, website content, and other original materials on richez.pk belong to Richez or are used with appropriate permission.
